Unless you count how everyone is pretending to work hard, complaining about the work and doing it half way, there's literally nothing good to say. This was a nightmare of a company.
Very unstable company. Volatile and deceptive leadership. Everything they say publicly in the press is the exact opposite of what the company is really like when you work there.
If you get your work done, you can stop working half day on Friday.
I would fire leadership and hire competent people, train the employees and hold them responsible for accuracy.
They will have you do a free example project.
The salary compensation was extremely low. We're talking 25-30k lower than industry average. They don't care about if people can live on what they pay because it's "competitive" to other companies in the area (the area is full of poverty and chemical plants so that doesn't say much).
What diversity? They hire POC in low level roles and everyone at the top is what you'd expect.
Going home at 5pm.
