Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
Maintain and fine-tune molding machine processes to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
Troubleshoot molding issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
Perform routine visual inspections of products for quality assurance.
Accurately maintain production documentation and records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices.
Collaborate with all departments to keep machines running at peak performance.
Perform mold changes, color changes, and material changeovers efficiently.
Operate and adjust robotics as needed.
Education and Experience
5-7 years of experience in the plastics industry (GED or equivalent required).
Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills.
Understanding of material types, molding principles, and basic molding techniques.
Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems related to injection molding.
Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing documentation.
Forklift certification preferred.
Working knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and visual manufacturing systems.

This position is responsible for researching, planning, and coordinating electrical and mechanical services for building facilities, grounds and production machinery.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of maintenance team members.
Interview, hire, and evaluate department personnel.
Develop, schedule and control a preventive maintenance program to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working condition.
Plan and maintain a continual work schedule for department personnel.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintenance - electrical, mechanical and tooling operations.
Inspect jobs in progress and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.

Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and lead teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to TPM and CI, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Foster a culture where employees are actively engaged in identifying and implementing improvements, and where TPM and CI are embraced as a way of working.
Secure equipment bids and make recommendations for purchase when replacement or new equipment is required.
Maintain roster of satisfactorily performing outside contractors who may be needed for special maintenance jobs.

Participate in the annual budget preparation.

Qualifications

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate company vehicles in a professional and courteous manner while observing all the safety rules according to DOT traffic laws and regulations.
Performs daily maintenance checks (DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections) to the company vehicles assigned and report any malfunctions to management for the proper action and maintenance.
Responsible for the Delivery, Installation and Pickup of merchandise from our warehouses, vendors and to our customers in a timely manner with attention to detail.
Fill delivery orders by obtaining the required merchandise and completing appropriate paperwork.
Protect all products and items by utilizing materials such as furniture pads, coverups, and other protection materials supplied by AFR.
Responsible for reading, comprehending, and completing all paperwork associated with the delivery to be completed and ensure the delivery of appropriate merchandise in accordance with customer invoices, delivery/pickup paperwork.
Responsible to maintain the tool kit provided by AFR in good condition and notify if needs any replacement.
Confirm with client that all items delivered are in good condition and make sure that client signed the delivery document.
Driver/Installers are required to inspect the facility they are delivering or picking up items and notating any damage found to the premises by taking a picture and notify their manager, prior to installation or pickup of furniture.
Upon picking up furniture, confirm that all items are in good condition and notify the manager of any damage or missing items. If there is a damaged item, the Driver/Installer must take a picture of the item and send it to the Manager prior to loading it onto the truck.
Ensure customer messages and communications are relayed to appropriate management.
Assist in always maintaining a neat and clean workplace.
Assist with stocking the shipping and receiving department to include lifting and carrying cartons and placing them on appropriate shelves.
Receive a floorplan and instruct and execute the delivery with other helpers.
The Driver/Installer must wear the uniform provided by AFR at all times during work hours.
Perform other related duties as assigned and required by management.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for prismatic and complex geometries.

Program and support:

Maintain and oversee the purchasing and invoicing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Update customer files with changes such as name, address, or organizational updates.
Research and resolve customer discrepancies and past-due amounts in collaboration with the Controller.
Assist in reconciling accounts and generating monthly billing statements.
Support the Controller in monthly revenue account reconciliation.
Copy, file, and retrieve financial materials and reports as needed.
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by liaising with sales, trade promotions, customer service teams, and customers.
Communicate relevant financial information or changes to appropriate team members.
Stay updated on acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting principles.
Proficient understanding of and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Ability to accurately prepare tax reports and financial statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (required).
Minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience (required).
Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred).
Experience with Infor Visual(preferred).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
Must occasionally lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
