Key Responsibilities

Program and support:
3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal milling machines

This position is responsible for assembling electrical and fiber optic jumper and cable assemblies utilizing various mechanical and hand tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, prepare rubber hose, cable, wire for termination
Pull wire through hose ID and any attached hardware prior to soldering
Terminate hose and cable assemblies with machined hardware per procedure

Job Summary:
The Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler is required to assemble, inspect and perform acceptance testing on complex electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems. To accomplish this effectively, the Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler must work independently from: engineering drawings, engineering changes, bills of material, work instructions, test procedures and production schedules. The Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler is also required to fault isolate manufacturing or workmanship defects and initiate corrective action.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Perform all required electro-mechanical or hydraulic assembly, alignment or calibration of subassembly or system level hardware. This activity will be accomplished in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions and quality standards
May work directly with test engineering, fault isolate and repair warranty or customer-owned product in a repair depot environment using customer supplied failure reports, engineering drawings or repair manuals as a general guide
Set up test equipment to perform acceptance inspection to assure compliance with drawing and contractual requirements
Perform required acceptance testing in accordance with approved Acceptance Test Procedures or other engineering documents with Engineering assistance, if necessary.
Perform basic diagnostics and fault isolation, as necessary
Implement corrective action to improve product reliability
May be required to use and operate test equipment and complex tools and fixtures
Using a computer, assist in preparing assembly, alignment or repair work instructions
Identify and participate in the development of special tooling and subsequent production proof

Job Summary
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler Tester II is required to assemble, inspect and perform acceptance testing on complex electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems. To accomplish this effectively, the Electro-Mechanical Assembler / Tester II works independently from: engineering drawings, engineering changes, bills of material, work instructions, test procedures and production schedules. . Responsibilities
Perform all required electro-mechanical or hydraulic assembly, inspection and test activities. This activity will be accomplished in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions and quality standards
Perform acceptance inspection, as required, to assure compliance with drawing and contractual requirements
Perform required assembly level acceptance testing in accordance with approved Acceptance Test Procedures or other engineering documents
Accomplish basic diagnostic and fault isolation
Assist Engineering, where required, in failure analysis and implementation of corrective action
Repair customer owned product in a repair environment working from failure reports, engineering drawings or repair manuals
Responsible for the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials and waste
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and one - three years minimum experience in manufacturing of related complex electro-mechanical or hydraulic subassemblies, major assemblies and systems

Position Overview:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing and maintaining the organization's financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting financial decision-making. This role involves managing and analyzing financial data, tracking assets and liabilities, and addressing tax liabilities while contributing to the organization's overall financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cost accounting and other financial management tasks for the organization.
Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheets and income statements to ensure accurate reporting.
Manage the coding of invoices, setup of new accounts, account reconciliation, and monthly book closings.
Reconcile bank accounts monthly, verify deposits, and address inquiries from financial institutions.
Oversee cash disbursement accounts, accounts receivable collections, and customer accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of accounts payable, allocating charges to the correct accounts.
Provide necessary support for external audits, including gathering account information and documentation.
Maintain and oversee the purchasing and invoicing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Update customer files with changes such as name, address, or organizational updates.
Research and resolve customer discrepancies and past-due amounts in collaboration with the Controller.
Assist in reconciling accounts and generating monthly billing statements.
Support the Controller in monthly revenue account reconciliation.
Copy, file, and retrieve financial materials and reports as needed.
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by liaising with sales, trade promotions, customer service teams, and customers.
Communicate relevant financial information or changes to appropriate team members.
Stay updated on acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting principles.
Proficient understanding of and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Ability to accurately prepare tax reports and financial statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (required).
Minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience (required).
Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred).
Experience with Infor Visual(preferred).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
Must occasionally lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
