John holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and an M.B.A. from UCLA. In addition to serving on AT&T’s board of directors, he serves on the board of directors of UPS.

Ryan is a cross industry Fortune 500 CEO and General Manager with leadership experience in Real Estate, Consumer Finance (especially Card), and Technology/Data. He has substantial experience with technology and digital transformation, public policy and regulatory affairs. He is currently CEO and Board Director at Realogy, the largest residential real estate brokerage company with ~$6B in revenue and over 10,000 FTE. He serves as a Director of Anthem, a F50 leading US healthcare company. Ryan joined Realogy after nearly 15 years of senior leadership experience at Capital One. Most recently, he was President of Capital One’s Card division, its largest business, for nine years leading all of the company's consumer and small business credit card businesses in the United States, U.K. and Canada. Before leading Capital One's Card businesses, Ryan led Capital One's Auto Finance business. Ryan joined Capital One in 2002 and held a variety of Executive Vice President leadership positions. Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in financial services clients with an emphasis on consumer credit and insurance. Ryan received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and his Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Stoops serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of SBA Communications Corp. He has served as a director of SBA since August 1999. Mr. Stoops was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective as of January 2002, President in April 2000, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer

Scott C. Nuttall (New York) is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of KKR. He joined KKR in 1996. Most recently, he was the head of KKR’s Global Capital and Asset Management Group, where he was responsible for overseeing KKR’s Public Markets & Distribution businesses, which includes Credit, Capital Markets, Hedge Funds and our Client & Partner Group. He has played a significant role in driving the strategic development of KKR for the last 15 years, including his leadership on KKR’s public listing, developing the firm’s balance sheet strategy, helping build KKR’s platforms in the credit and hedge fund space and creating the firm’s capital markets and capital raising businesses. Mr. Nuttall also serves on KKR’s Balance Sheet Committee and the firm’s Inclusion and Diversity Council. He is currently a member of the board of directors of First Data Corporation, a KKR portfolio company. Prior to joining KKR, he was with the Blackstone Group where he was involved in numerous merchant banking and merger and acquisition transactions. He received a B.S., summa cum-laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the board of various non-profit institutions with a particular focus on education, most recently as Co-Chairman of Teach for America - New York.

Jay A. Brown was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2016. Mr. Brown was Crown Castle’s Chief Financial Officer from July 2008 to May 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Brown served as Treasurer of Crown Castle from May 2004. Since joining Crown Castle in August 1999, he has served in a number of positions in corporate development and corporate finance. Prior to joining Crown Castle, Mr. Brown worked for a start-up health care company and Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Brown holds a BBA from Baylor University.

Mr. Wintrob is Oaktree's Chief Executive Officer and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2011. Prior to joining the firm as Chief Executive Officer, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of AIG Life and Retirement, the U.S.-based life and retirement services segment of American International Group, Inc., from 2009 to 2014. Following AIG's acquisition of SunAmerica in 1998, Mr. Wintrob was Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of AIG Retirement Services, Inc. from 1998 to 2001, and President and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2009. Mr. Wintrob began his career in financial services in 1987 as Assistant to the Chairman of SunAmerica Inc., and then went on to serve in several other executive positions, including President of SunAmerica Investments, Inc. overseeing the company's invested asset portfolio. Prior to joining SunAmerica, Mr. Wintrob was with the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers. He received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Wintrob is a board member of several non-profit organizations, including The Broad Foundations, The J. Paul Getty Trust and the Skirball Cultural Center.
