Responsibilities

Care for pediatric cardiac patients both pre- and post-operatively
Shifts are 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM with 36 hours per week
Every other weekend and holiday shifts required
On-call responsibilities are expected
Floating required to PICU, pediatric, and NICU units
Collaborate closely with surgical and intensivist teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate surgical case load is required
Team-oriented environment with support from experienced pediatric critical care staff
Holiday coverage required as scheduled
