Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within 3 months of hire. Fetal Monitoring (e.g., AWHONN Intermediate/Advanced EFM) certification preferred or obtained within 1 year. Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment and critical thinking skills specific to maternal/child health.
