    Job Description The Regional Vice President reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and serves as the full P&L leader with primary accountability for achieving the operational performance and strategic growth objectives for the designated region. This position is responsible for managing the clinic and ASC organic growth through operational KPI's that focus on maximizing clinical and surgical outputs while maintaining the highest quality of clinical care and outcomes. This position also partners closely with the COO and Business Development team to execute on an inorganic growth strategy that aggressively expands the region footprint. Ensure there is sufficient fluorescein dye, and medical supplies for fluorescein angiograms. Secure the following information before filming: Are they in stereo? What is the pathology to be photographed? Determine Study Eye Maintain research photography protocol binders and resources. Photograph subjects as per the study protocol. Upload all research photos as per the study protocol and answer any queries that may arise. Complete GCP certification prior to working on any research protocols. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year experience ophthalmology Previous experience and/or having been trained on Optos California, Heidelberg Spectrails, OCT Cirrus, Visucam (equipment modalities) within ophthalmology and photography (retina ideal) Knowledge of medical instrumentation and its proper care and usage needed Tech savvy - heavy computer work with submissions of photos (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency Solid understanding of the OSHA blood-born pathogen requirements Solid understanding of ophthalmic practice and patient care Knowledge of medical instrumentation and its proper care and usage needed Ability to communicate with patients, co-workers and supervisor is critical Must be willing to help in all areas and understand the need for efficient use of time Ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast pace environment Maintaining patient confidentiality Benefits & Perks Your health, happiness and your future matters!
