Position Summary Reporting to the Head of Brand Strategy, the Graphic Designer will support the development of visual assets across a variety of channels, producing high-quality static and motion-based creative that aligns with brand standards. This role is primarily hands-on, translating briefs, concepts, and feedback into polished, executable designs. They should bring fresh ideas to the table, offering creative solutions that enhance the impact and clarity of each project. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and visually consistent. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficient workflow management, and the ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office hybrid model (generally Tu - Th in office, M & F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Execute high-quality design work - including static graphics, motion graphics, and digital assets - across multiple brand touchpoints. Translate creative briefs, copy direction, and leadership feedback into polished, on-brand deliverables. Apply creative problem-solving to elevate visual impact while staying within established brand guidelines. Produce efficient and accurate revisions based on internal and leadership feedback, maintaining version control and organization. Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all projects. Prepare final files for production or publishing, ensuring correct formatting, sizing, and technical specifications for each channel. Manage individual timelines for assigned projects, communicating proactively about bandwidth, deadlines, and any risks. Stay current on design trends, motion techniques, and industry best practices to support ongoing creative improvement. Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative concepting sessions while respecting direction from the Creative Manager. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. We're Excited If This Is You Experience and Qualifications of the Role 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing static, digital, and motion design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (or equivalent motion tools). Experience creating motion graphics for digital, social, or paid media campaigns. Working knowledge of Figma for layout, collaboration, and digital-first design needs. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to interpret feedback, apply edits efficiently, and maintain consistent quality across multiple rounds of revisions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and file management skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - such as marketing, content, or creative leadership - to deliver cohesive assets. Position Summary The HVAC Clean and Check Technician maintains the customer's equipment to ensure customer comfort and safety. Promote products, contracts and services to guarantee customer equipment maintenance, and provide total home comfort for the customer. This individual will be accountable for upholding all safety standards, including practicing safe driving and safe work habits at all times. While our headquarters is in Naperville, this role is field based in Northern IL and requires regular travel to customer home locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cleaning the customer's equipment to maintain the efficiency of the equipment and ensure total home comfort. Checking the equipment for any defects which need to be repaired or replaced for customer comfort and safety. Legibly and accurately complete company paperwork. Position Summary The Vice President, Controller will lead the accounting function in a fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed environment. This strategic and hands-on role will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, compliance, and tax. The VP, Controller will partner with senior leadership to support the company's rapid expansion, M&A activity, and eventual exit strategy (IPO, strategic sale, etc.), ensuring scalable financial operations and accurate, timely financial insights. Position SummaryThe Lead Installer is responsible for completing a variety of tasks associated with quality install of residential HVAC equipment. The Lead Installer will receive routed work from dispatch, report to assigned job site on time, and perform work to the company's quality expectations. All NHS installers will promote warranty products to Pivotal customers. This role requires the use of a valid driver's license to drive a company vehicle and must be refrigerant certified. This individual will always be responsible to work and drive safely at all times in maintenance of residential HVAC equipment. While our headquarters is in Naperville, this role is field based in Indiana and requires regular travel to customer home locations. This individual will be expected to participate in an on-call schedule. All technicians will promote warranty products to Oncourse Home Solutions customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Continuously provide the customer with the highest levels of customer service. Understands and complies with all safety policies including calibrating gas sensing tool every month. Able to install most furnaces, condensers, humidifiers and accessories with no assistance. Mastered all electrical wiring of furnaces, condensers and thermostats. This includes high and low voltage wiring. Thoroughly understands and complies with the inventory policies and procedures of NHS. Accountable for use of inventory involving his/her work. Must be able to install sheet metal duct systems, connect gas lines, cut and thread pipe, and install copper refrigerant line to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing. Able to complete all tasks sent to him/her including billing customers correctly, ordering parts and materials needed for job completion, and handling paperwork properly, timely and legibly. Business Acumen: Install HVAC related equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use good time management to make effective use of travel. Use good time management to keep non-productive time down during weekly inventory re-stock and picking up parts and materials. Must be able to cycle count inventory upon procurement's request. Demonstrates attention to detail involving his/her payroll to minimize any reclass data entries at the end of the month. Demonstrates a high level of technical competence. Ability to utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems Engagement: Complies with all corporate and department policies and procedures. Develops strong credibility with co-workers and department leadership. Demonstrate the ability to accurately diagnose problems or conditions. Position Summary Reporting to our Director, Contact Center Operations, the Vendor Performance Manager is responsible for managing the performance, compliance, and strategic alignment of multiple third-party vendor partners. This role leads performance evaluations, ensures adherence to SLAs, and provides regular reporting to senior leadership. It also involves vendor relationship management, cost oversight, and contract negotiations to drive operational efficiency and business alignment. This role is based in Naperville, IL office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee the performance and compliance of multiple third-party vendor partners, ensuring alignment with contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
