Position Summary As a member of the Customer Operations Leadership Team, the Sr. Director, Strategy & Operations will report to the Vice President, Customer Operations and will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiencies while improving customer experience and sales conversion in our customer operations center. This individual will use strong data and analytical skills to identify opportunities and coordinate with Product, Tech, and other Stakeholders to gain buy-in and implement projects. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is collaborative (can successfully work in a cross functional environment at all levels) yet decisive with strong people management and leadership capabilities. This role is based in Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement long-term business strategies to support operational & cost efficiency efforts. This includes identifying strategic priorities and converting them into actionable plans while gaining buy-in across the organization. Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies. Own regular performance reports to Executive team - in the form of weekly and monthly business reviews. Lead the team to deliver actionable and insightful analyses to the leadership team that results in clear project plans and initiatives to drive measurable results. Lead and mentor team members to evaluate customer operations performance focusing on cost optimization, sales conversion, and customer experience. Work closely with various departments such as Claims, Marketing, Finance, IT, and BI to ensure alignment and correct prioritization with overall business strategies. Develop and implement new reporting tools and dashboards, while guiding process documentation and redesign efforts. Prioritize and project manage action items across various projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. We're Excited If This Is You Experience and Qualifications of the Role 8+ (ideally 10 or more) years of relevant experience with proven track record of Operations, Strategy and/or Analytics. 5+ years experience working within or closely with contact/call center or sales teams. 5+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of consistently recognizing and rewarding excellent performance and addressing performance issues head-on, without delay. Ability to lead with influence cross-functionally. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Proven ability to build and develop a team. Position Summary The Vice President, Controller will lead the accounting function in a fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed environment. This strategic and hands-on role will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, compliance, and tax. The VP, Controller will partner with senior leadership to support the company's rapid expansion, M&A activity, and eventual exit strategy (IPO, strategic sale, etc.), ensuring scalable financial operations and accurate, timely financial insights. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company, with a strong emphasis on system and process improvement, implementing accounting and organizational controls, technical GAAP accounting, and teambuilding. This Hybrid role is based in our Naperville, IL office. Understands and complies with all safety policies including calibrating gas sensing tool every month. Able to install most furnaces, condensers, humidifiers and accessories with no assistance. Position Summary Reporting to our Director, Contact Center Operations, the Vendor Performance Manager is responsible for managing the performance, compliance, and strategic alignment of multiple third-party vendor partners. This role leads performance evaluations, ensures adherence to SLAs, and provides regular reporting to senior leadership. It also involves vendor relationship management, cost oversight, and contract negotiations to drive operational efficiency and business alignment. This role is based in Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee the performance and compliance of multiple third-party vendor partners, ensuring alignment with contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and dashboards to track performance, cost efficiency, and service quality. Lead weekly and monthly business reviews with vendor senior leadership to assess performance, address issues, and align on strategic goals. Serve as the primary liaison between OHS and vendor leadership, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and ensuring clear communication. Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, Compliance, Training, Customer Experience) to support vendor-related initiatives and resolve escalations. Analyze vendor data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Manage vendor-related costs, including budget tracking, invoice validation, and cost-per-contact analysis. Support contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with Legal and Procurement to ensure favorable terms and alignment with business needs. Monitor and support vendor onboarding, offboarding, and contingency planning processes. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements and value-added services from vendor partners. Ensure vendor adherence to compliance standards, including data security, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Up to 15% (2 weeks per quarter) travel required could increase depending on the vendor performance and business requirements. Domestic and international travel, passport is required. We're Excited If This Is You Experience and Qualifications of the Role Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor contact center management, outsourcing, or a related operations leadership role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience in building and managing business relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. Demonstrated success as a change agent, driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and external partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Flexible and adaptable, with a track record of maintaining effectiveness in dynamic and diverse work environments. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience in budgeting and needs analysis. Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites. Strong Excel skills required. Basic understanding of telephony systems. Proficient with reporting out of Looker. Familiarity with Verint (QA/ Performance Management and WFM). Education Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or operations management (or equivalent work experience) required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Preferred: Certified Professional in Supply Management, Certified Outsourcing Professional or other quality-related certifications. The base pay range for this position is $89,675 - $125,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set.
