Education:

Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
Skills:

A Brief Summary of This Position:
This individual contributor position is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining detailed technical drawings, fabrication prints, and design documentation that support Valmont Site Pro 1 (SP1) product lines. Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar CAD software according to project specifications and Valmont standards.
Ensure drawings are complete, accurate, and optimized for manufacturing, assembly, and installation.
Maintain drawing libraries and ensure version control for all design documentation.
Provide technical support to cross-functional teams by interpreting drawings and clarifying design intent.
Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

A day in the life of a Rework/Returns Associate at VF looks a little like this.
This position is responsible for repackaging and/or reboxing of useable inventory, processing of customer returns, movement of stock back into warehouse, performing monthly physical inventory scans and disposing of damaged goods. This person will follow the directions given by Department Management- Lead, Supervisor or Manager. The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

Must be able to read, speak and understand English. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be able to communicate with their Department Lead or Supervisor.
Ability to derive and utilize simple mathematical problems. This requirement is used during re-packing and/ or re-baling, reading of numbers from a radio frequency handheld device or computer, and understanding their performance reports.
