The VISTA project will also help establish tracking systems, identify funding sources, and support the creation of a digital literacy lab and virtual training infrastructure. Through mentorship and hands-on experience, the member will gain skills in nonprofit program development, community engagement, and strategic planning. This project supports economic mobility, civic engagement, and community belonging by equipping individuals with essential digital skills for full participation in today's society.
