Attention Registered Nurses - Federated Insurance is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our in-office team as a Medical Management Representative, working Monday through Friday. In this role you will provide medical consultation for Workers' Compensation, Auto and Liability claims. This position will provide telephonic case management and develop an action plan to manage the medical aspects on Workers' Compensation claims. You will be in contact with treating medical providers to review diagnosis, treatment plan and work capabilities. You will collaborate with a team to coordinate claims strategies that align with medical guidelines and state regulations. Minimum Qualifications: * Must have a valid Registered Nursing license in Minnesota. * Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience, case management, or medical claims processing experience demonstrating technical, communication, and workload management skills. * Proficiency with computers and strong telephone communication skills. * Ability to memorize/recall information quickly. * An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information. This position will be located in either our Mankato, MN office. The Medical Management Representative pay range is $80,300 - $108,700.
