Jim Quinn joined AmeriLife in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AmeriLife, Jim served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Marsh & McLennan Agency , the middle market platform of Marsh. While at MMA he managed a team of corporate development professionals responsible for the organization’s acquisition activities, completing a number of acquisitions ranging in size from $1 million to $130 million.

He has more than 25 years of experience as an investor, executive and advisor in the financial services industry. He began his career with Goldman Sachs and spent over a decade with Olympus Partners, a middle market private equity firm.

Jim graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in economics and a MBA from Stanford University.

A track record of building highly skilled digital and brand marketing teams, charged in growing revenue and customer retention with oversight of Customer Experience, Digital Growth, and overall Global Brand Management.



20+ years experience in CPG, Fitness, Apparel, Entertainment and Hospitality with responsibilities for branding, direct marketing, customer communication, consumer insights, data, analytics, and digital product strategy.

Tim Calvert joined AmeriLife in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer. As a member of the executive team, Tim leads all existing back-and middle-office functions, including the company’s information technology and third-party administrator groups, as well as its broad-based, direct-to-consumer platform. Tim also leads AmeriLife’s strategic resource group.

With over 25 years of experience working in the insurance industry, Tim has helped companies transform across the value chain with a focus on leading growth strategy development, advanced analytics deployment, operational efficiency and effectiveness improvement and strategic technology transformation.

Prior to joining AmeriLife, Tim served as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he led the company’s global life insurance business and focused on business growth, digitization, advanced data and analytics, operations and technology. Prior to joining BCG, Tim held a variety of leadership positions with Deloitte Consulting.

Tim earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Kansas and a master of business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

As AmeriLife’s Chief of Staff, Alex Lewis is responsible for streamlining operations of the executive team and running high-priority initiatives and meetings, cross-department coordination of key programs and executive communications.

Prior to joining AmeriLife in 2021, Alex worked with Unum, a comprehensive financial insurance provider, where she most recently held the role of Chief of Staff for Unum’s CIDO, running the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and leading several key initiatives.

Alex holds her bachelor’s degree in Math and Economics from Furman University and a master’s degree in Enterprise Architecture from Pennsylvania State University.

Mike Vietri leads the product development, marketing and product distribution functions at AmeriLife, drawing on a prestigious sales and marketing career spanning over 30 years.

As the former Executive Vice President of The Producers Group and MetLife, Mike understands the importance of aligning the marketing and distribution functions. At MetLife, he successfully led one of the country’s largest sales and general distribution groups.

Mike provides a cohesive way forward to meet our future distribution and production growth objectives. He is focused on building a strong and effective marketing organization with an emphasis on growing the company’s various distribution channels.

Nathan oversees our Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources departments. He also plays a key role as a member of the AmeriLife Mergers and Acquisitions team.

He leads a team of attorneys and legal professionals and provides legal counsel in all corporate initiatives, insurance mandated compliance, litigation, and executive decision-making.

An experienced corporate trial lawyer who specialized in commercial litigation, business and real estate law, Nathan is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Business and Stetson University of College of Law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar for 30 years.

Dan Morgan works at AmeriLife Group and a Chief Compliance Officer at AmeriLife Group and is based in Greater Chicago Area. He has worked as Compliance Director at CNA Corporation, AVP Compliance at Great American Financial Resources, and Contract Analyst at Celtic Insurance Company. Dan studied at Marquette University and The John Marshall Law School between 2000 and 2004.
