Role Overview The Warehouse Driver Dispatcher handles all records associated with receiving, expediting, manifesting, and driver routes and assists with DOT compliance. In addition, he or she picks, packs, and ships supplies and materials to internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks materials. Warehouse Responsibilities Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas using appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, and/or elevator. Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products. Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures. Picks, packs, and ships materials and products. Processes all packages for shipping; processes returned merchandise. Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed. Maintains a safe, clean working environment. Follow all safety guidelines. Follows all company policies and procedures. Performs additional duties as required and assigned. Dispatcher Responsibilities Accountable for maintaining consistent and accurate communication with all drivers and management. Responsible for ticket distribution to warehouse for picking, packing, and labeling, shipping. Uploading and retrieving MTR's in and out of our operating system. Serves as liaison between Idealease and the company and maintains truck maintenance, insurance, repair, and accident records. Communicates with Sales department employees and customers in a professional manner. Expertly defuses complaints and finds solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. Responds to phone calls, emails, drivers, customers, and vendors and troubleshoots issues. Communicates with motor freight lines to ensure direct shipments are received/delivered in a timely manner and integrated into the current work schedule. Properly complete delivery manifests and ability to reroute a manifest in process so as to expedite an unexpected customer request while on route and provide instruction to drivers, as requested. Responsible for tracking all vehicles through GPS system to ensure drivers are on course for their route, how far each driver is within their route and monitor the driver's progress daily. Map reading skills and/or programs, GPS capabilities and knowledge of Mid-Atlantic region. Maintain DOT compliance records in coordination with Human Resources to include DOT, IFTA, vehicle maintenance inspections, MTR's, random drug screening and ensure confidentiality of sensitive driver information. Upload Purchase Order receivers. Responsible for maintaining and entering the Victaulic reconciliations. Proficient in the use of Epicor Solar, trackers, and data entry as required. Trains on routing of trucks, manifesting, and dispatch of drivers. Responsible for scheduling semi-annual driver safety meetings and preparing training materials. Maintain a professional atmosphere by ensuring dispatch area is clean and orderly. Adhere to and promotes all company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as required and assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years' experience in a transportation role preferably. Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Epicor Solar Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal]. Thrives in a collaborative team environment. Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach. Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lift to 50 lbs., carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling, endure frequent exposure to outside weather conditions.     The Burner Operator is responsible for ensuring that quality products are produced safely and efficiently by setting up, operating, and performing basic programming tasks related to burner systems. Work Order Processing: Review and interpret paperwork and work order documents to create a mental map of order placements on the table. Group orders by thickness and prioritize based on supervisor's instructions, 2nd runs, customer will calls, or other requirements Material Handling: Locate materials on the floor or in staging areas, select and utilize appropriate material handling equipment such as chains with plate hooks, plate dogs, magnets, or spreader bars. Place dunnage on the table as required Torch Setup: Choose the correct tips for the burner torch based on material type and desired cutting edges CNC Programming: Program the CNC computer according to work order instructions. Clean scrap slag from finished parts as they are cut and stack parts on a skid or place them in a 3-yard hopper for transportation to the tumbler slag cleaning machine Final Processing: After cleaning, place parts on a skid for packaging. Note customer unloading requirements (e.g., maximum skids), shrink wrap as needed, band materials with steel banding, and label skids with order numbers, customer names, and PO numbers if required Cleanup: Remove all scrap from the table and place it in the dumpster. Role Overview The Commercial Driver provides excellent customer service and support in the warehouse by delivering products and materials to customers in an efficient, exact, prompt and cost-effectively. Responsibilities Operate company owned vehicles for the delivery, pickup and relocation of company products and materials. Operate a Moffett or Piggy-Back forklift. Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures. Ability to follow written, verbal or GPS directions. Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition. Report on any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles. Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles. Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers. Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, per regulations. Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to dispatch via telephone. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Check delivery tickets for accuracy and thoroughness. Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with other company employees, vendors, and clients. Perform warehouse duties when not delivering, such as loading, unloading, picking material, general maintenance, etc. Perform additional duties as required and assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and must be at least 21 years of age. 3+ years' experience as a commercial delivery driver. Must have a valid Class A CDL license. Must be registered with the Clearinghouse. Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365. Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal]. Thrives in a collaborative team environment. Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach. Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lift to 50 lbs., carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling, endure frequent exposure to outside weather conditions. Role Overview The Stock Lister is responsible for inputting data from the customer's stock list into our stock listing program. The position requires a prominent level of data entry, attention to detail and complete accuracy. Once the data is accurately inputted into the stock listing program, totals for material and labor are generated and will be put into quote format for the Sales Team. The stock lister will produce fabrication sheets, packing lists, and labels for the shop. The qualified candidate will be responsible for all fabrication stock lists from the time it comes in for quote until the time it goes to the fabrication shop. Responsibilities Be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail to ensure quotes and fabrication are correct according to customer specifications. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with other employees and customers. Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks. Position may require working alternate hours or weekends to meet customer installation requirements. Check all documents and files for accuracy and thoroughness. Turn around quotes to the sales team and get fabrication paperwork to the fabrication manager in a timely manner. Become familiar with the fabrication material to identify errors before they go to the shop. Manage and maintain a quote log. Performs additional duties as assigned or required. Requirements GED or High School Diploma preferred. 1 or more years of stock listing or related experience in the same or similar industry preferred. Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365. Must understand basic math, primarily reading measurements in feet and inches. Knowledge of any of the following is a plus; Eclipse, HydraLIST, Fire Protection Stock listing, or pipe layout on site.
