POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a full-time
maintenance
position with a very
specialized skillset
responsible for set up, general maintenance, repairs, and service of Production equipment in our plant. This individual will be a critical part of our Maintenance Department and will be in charge of set up, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance on a given shift. * Robotics training to be provided upon hire. Rotating 3-2-2 Schedule. 12-Hour Shifts.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine maintenance functions and adjustments on production equipment in facility
Troubleshoot and make repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls
Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production
Build and repair mold screens
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance repairs and other preventative maintenance work, replacing defective parts as needed
Prepare and setup machinery for scheduled production runs
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Required:
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training
• Strong mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
Ideal Candidate will possess:
• Strong pneumatic component and maintenance experience
• 2-5 years technical training (exposure to high-speed equipment and maintenance)
• 3+ years of related experience in the paper or fiber/molded pulp manufacturing industry
• Electrical skills; use of multi-meters, ability to check voltage, amp draws, etc. strongly preferred
• Welding skills using Arc and wire feed welders a bonus

Minimum of three (3) years of practical working experience on Residential and/or ducted products, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHU's or Roof Top ducted units with strong HVAC/ mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Able to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers system components.
Travel maybe required 10% to 20% to support Branch Customers startup and commissioning activities as well as aftermarket service trouble shooting.
You will be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
