ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews result of productivity and returns reports and compares them to established objectives and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
Follows up on all customer requests and questions to ensure appropriate response is made and customer is satisfied.

All warehouse activities shipping, receiving, slotting, sanitation, equipment, and truck loading.

Sets loading schedule each night.
Check pick sheets for any errors or mis-keyed items.
Security of facility after daily business hours.
Prepares work schedules and expedites work flow.
Issues written and oral instructions.
Examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
Uses computer to enter records.
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves problems.
Makes decisions at night after regular business hours.

.We are looking for several experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations. You'll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.
In a fast-paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisor coordinates with other departments to ensure that materials are available in a timely manner and are appropriate for production activities.
Assigns employees to appropriate daily work goals.
Ensures effective manpower planning and assignment of work to employees as necessary to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Maintains appropriate levels of inventory for the finishing department and production supplies. Assemble orders for supplies.
Creates, monitors, and reviews documentation related to material traceability, production activities, and projects.
Verifies that all quality standards are preserved and enforced in production.
Investigates and troubleshoots techniques and equipment to identify and resolve issues related to defects and value of workmanship.
Responsible for tracking of resources dedicated to production activities and the timely reporting of those results to the Plant Manager.
Exercise supervisory duties such as training, disciplining and recognizing extraordinary performances.
Monitors and enforces all quality, health, safety and environmental rules in the Shop.
Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures while taking an active role in employee safety. Bring problems to the attention of the appropriate manager, such as the Plant Manager.
Supervise employees directly and ensure proper execution of quality practices are carried out.
Lead efforts to reduce costs and increase productivity such as training, new techniques, etc.
Responsible for timely performance goals within the department.
The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers. Duties and responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with the PTC Quality Management System and its policies, procedures and work instructions as applicable to the job or function being performed.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 15 to 20 production line employees in his/her department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
