Key Responsibilities: Under the direction and leadership of the CalWORKs Director, oversee a large human services contract with responsibility for operations, finances, and performance, of program under the CalWORKs contract. Work with the Director to set the vision for our program and establish processes and procedures to achieve high performance. Manage and develop the leadership of direct reports. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business, business administration, social work, public policy, or other closely related fields. Significant related experience may substitute for educational requirements. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, with the ability to prioritize and deliver quality results. Multiple years of experience leading CalWORKs/TANF or similar Human Services (Employment, Housing/Homelessness, Child Care, etc.) programs is strongly preferred.
