The New Business Policy Representative is responsible for managing life new business applications from the time of submit through policy delivery. This position must accurately interpret and fulfill all requirements necessary for accurate processing, and act as the liaison between underwriting, agents, and medical vendors to obtain all requirements needed to render an underwriting decision on a policy. The position must follow current procedures in accordance with industry/state regulations, internal/external audit recommendations, and compliance directives. The position must be able to learn and retain knowledge of all products currently offered to new sales, read and interpret sales illustrations, and understand policy riders and how they function. What you do:
