Pros of working at Ameritas

I can work from home, that is the only benefit anymore. All the managers are very nice people, I have no problems with co-workers. But those managers are very pleasant while describing the latest really terrible company proposal.

Cons of working at Ameritas

My pay raises have never been above the rate of inflation except for every few years when they have to adjust to attract new workers. The policies seem to be more and more ripping off our clients and I am embarrassed to explain the bad reason why we are denying claims and leaving them with the bills.

Ameritas benefits

There is a promotion a couple times a year where you get points for meeting quotas and participating in challenges and there are often some pretty good prizes for getting points.
