The Marketing Manager HCP Promo will be a critical player within the brand team, tasked with developing and executing resources to evolve the management and treatment of TED, and help drive TEPEZZA's uptake among endocrinologists. This role will require cross-functional engagement, strong teamwork and communication skills, a passion for patients, and a commitment to excellence in execution.. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, competitive landscape, literature and therapeutic management of the Thyroid Eye Disease, in addition to understanding managed care and infusion center dynamics Support implementation of marketing strategy via development and management of marketing resources for the sales team, ensuring all tactics align to the brand strategy and follow brand guidelines Work closely with marketing and sales leadership, sales training, and internal cross- functional groups to develop and execute brand campaign, messaging, marketing initiatives and marketing materials to educate and engage stakeholders Be a thought partner to the marketing team, and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to continue to grow product adoption Manage external partners (ad agency, meeting planners, market research, consultants) to ensure integration and consistency of strategies, messages and tactics across several projects at once and within agreed upon timelines and budgets Leverage business insights and expert feedback to provide active input into the development and review of brand strategy and tactical plan Gain feedback on and track marketing program effectiveness and continuously strive to optimize marketing tactics Work with MAC to ensure that marketing materials meet brand and regulatory guidelines What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
