Management let's some not work while you have to pick up slack of those on their phone s.. When you bring it to thier attention they turn their heads , then if you tell them to much they will let you go on any excuse they can.

Nothing They lie to much
I would make sure in the 90 day probation that if they aren't working that the time to let them go not wait 6-9 months to change the situation it's not for everyone
They fired me not hired me and I worked well there I have a letter of recommendation to prove it they used a excuse to get rid of me
Low pay
They have a lot to learn
It was great 6 years ago when it was ran correctly and honestly since new company to over no integrity no honest leadership
You know what to expect going into any work day (it's the same)
Everything. It was terrible. The staff are all older aged women who are very nasty and miserable people to be around. The company is sales-centric meaning they only tend to their high performing sales employees, everyone else gets treated like an animal and heavily underpaid.
