Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with client facilities and customers.
Responsible for the daily supervision of 10+ employee office staff.
Capable of proactively selling the complete range of services to current and potential clients, customers and local healthcare facilities.
Monitor the local sales market and respond to issues which could impact business relationships and contracts.
Develop business proposals, statements of work, bids and prepare contracts.
Travel locally within a reasonable proximity of the office to visit client sites and client facilities.
Manage the fiduciary relationships within the office, including pricing, margins, overhead, expenses, etc.
Follow state health care requirements and all Federal and State laws/regulations, including wage payment laws, and ACHC standards as well as corporate objectives.
Works with the Clinical Director to ensure optimal clinical outcomes for all clients, including possible discharges and admissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from an accredited four-year institution.
Minimum of (1) year of manager /director / administrator experience in home health / home care /homecare experience within the last two years.
Experience with both Business Development or Marketing & Operations

We are seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What will you do?
Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems.
Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards.
Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.
What will you bring?
3+ years as an HVAC service technician
Residential HVAC experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems
Physical Demands:
Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $100k to $200k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities:
Plumbing fixtures
Install bathtubs and toilets, and appliances,
Install dishwashers and water heaters.
Clean drains, remove obstructions, and repair or replace broken pipes and fixtures.
Working alongside HVAC and Electrician professionals
Communicating effectively with customers
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of plumbing install
Valid Driver's License
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Sound knowledge of water systems
Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, and water heaters.
Physical Demands:
