Job Overview
This position involves telephone contact to assist and service policy holders with their insurance needs. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in service and sales, demonstrate a professional telephone manner, and exhibit strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
* Conduct professional telephone conversations to service customer accounts in a high call volume environment
* Problem-solve and use time effectively to multitask and prioritize work
* Assist customers with various billing and policy change transactions over the phone

Salary and Work Schedule
A starting annual salary of $43,105.
The 37.5-hour work schedule will be non-traditional hours. Weekdays 2:30pm-10:00pm with two consecutive weekdays off and regular daytime hours every, Saturday and Sunday. Training hours may vary. A shift differential of 15% may apply.
A hybrid schedule of three days in office and two days work from home may be available once trained to work independently.

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent education required
* Previous customer service and sales experience

* Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required

Position Summary:
Our Lincoln, RI office is seeking an Identity and Access Management Program Manager who will oversee the planning, organization, implementation, and reporting of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program which includes multiple highly complex and/or large-scale IAM projects.
* This position is open to senior levels of experience. Entry-level candidates are not eligible.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the successful and timely delivery of multiple highly complex and/or large-scale IAM projects ensuring optimum levels of integrity, performance, and reliability. Identifies challenges and risks and is able to handle unforeseen problems or issues. Leads the team through all phases of the project and is accountable for the estimating, planning, scheduling, tracking, change management, problem resolution, reporting and communication using appropriate tools, approved processes, and other project management techniques.
* Oversee and track performance and budget of the program. Propose, define, and report on KPI's to indicate the programs' progress and compliance. Create and manage budget change requests related to the projects/programs to ensure its financial health.
* Provide deep and broad guidance on IAM domains such as privileged access management, authorization/authentication, identity provisioning, and recertification.
* Work closely with other Project Managers assigned to projects within the IAM program.
* Lead in the interaction with business partners, senior leadership, other IT colleagues and external vendors to ensure the clarity of the business objectives, scope, risks, and issues.
* Provide guidance and/or updates to Managers, senior IT and Business management. Includes contributing to policy, standard, control, and testing development with regards to the IAM program.
* Provide appropriate communication and status reports to the IAM Steering Committee so accurate decisions can be made in a timely manner.
* Provide leadership and mentoring in both technical and non-technical aspects of the job, to other Project Managers and IT personnel.
* Suggest and work to apply standards and best practices.
* May be called upon to handle other duties as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree, and 9+ years of experience managing multiple and/or highly complex projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
* Solid foundation in Identity and Access Management practices, understanding complexities in managing end to end data programs and in-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts
* Solid quantitative skills to make data-informed decisions and measure the compliance/performance of the program.

What You'll Do
The following are some of the responsibilities of the Risk Control Consultant position:
Conduct onsite facility evaluations to determine if operational exposures are being adequately controlled to prevent building losses. Determine scope and schedule of preventative maintenance programs on key mechanical equipment within the facility (electrical systems, HVAC, machinery in use, and roof condition).
Assist in determining if facility protections (fire suppression systems, alarm systems, etc.) are acceptable for the building occupancy, exposures, and special hazards.
Complete detailed reports for each covered line of business - Property, General Liability, Auto, & Workers Compensation, etc. - to assist our underwriting groups with account acceptability and insurability.
Assist customers with development and implementation of safety polices, programs and procedures specific to each account & loss exposure.
Provide advanced risk management and consultative services to assigned clients.
Conduct Job-site safety inspections and OSHA 10-hour seminars for our Regional construction line of business.
Maintain and demonstrate safety management and expertise in areas such as commercial property protection, general liability, product liability, fleet safety and employee safety.
Develop, coordinate and conduct safety/risk management seminars and training programs for accounts to promote awareness and reduce claim frequency and severity.
Develop and execute service proposals and plans to qualified accounts.
What it Takes
Bachelors degree within Safety is preferred or equivalent work experience
Emphasis in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or Physical Sciences preferred
1-5 years of insurance safety consulting or safety work in a private industry (construction and manufacturing)
High level of independence, organization, and self-motivation to work from home
Experience in coordinating and servicing large or multi location accounts preferred
Knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA Standards, and DOT regulations
High level of verbal and written communication skills

Job Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-level insights and driving strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President in Strategic Analytics, this role partners with all functional areas to develop a comprehensive narrative of business performance and recommend actions to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and a passion for using modern tools to accelerate insight generation.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze internal and external business trends to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate across departments to gather context, align on KPIs, and develop a full story of enterprise results.
* Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for executive audiences.
* Recommend data-driven actions to improve business performance and track the impact of implemented changes.
* Partner with Finance and operational leaders to quantify the financial impact of proposed strategic actions, ensuring recommendations are assessed based on a clear ROI.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
* Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to enhance research, analysis, and productivity.
* Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, profiling, and adherence to best practices.
* Contribute to a culture of data literacy and insight-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (master's preferred).
* 4-6 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, preferably within insurance or financial services.
* Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and drive alignment on data-driven recommendations.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
* Experience identifying and analyzing trends and their business implications.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with Snowflake and Python.
* Experience with executive reporting and strategic performance analysis.
* Expert in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Microstrategy, Tableau)
* Ability to mentor peers and promote best practices in data storytelling and analytics.
* Understanding of enterprise data governance and reporting standards.
* Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to drive efficiency and conduct deep research and analysis.
