Pros of working at Amica Insurance

Amica is by far my favorite job I’ve ever had. I’ve been here almost a year and see myself staying much longer. Everyone in my office is so friendly and helpful. The pay is great, and a decent increase from a similar job I did prior to Amica. Our benefits are above average and I have a great work life balance. We have lots of company outings, events. I feel appreciated at Amica. I honestly can’t say enough good things.

Cons of working at Amica Insurance

Like I stated, I love Amica. There isn’t too much I’d improve. I think our systems need a bit of an overhaul but that seems to be in the works.

Amica Insurance benefits

Oh gosh that’s hard to choose, I love our “Wellness Wallet.” Which is a program that pays back 80% of wellness costs to you up to $800 per year. Things like gym memberships, weight loss programs, and fitness classes, are all covered. We also have a gym, massage therapist, dry cleaner, and even a mechanic on site they are at a cost but it’s all reasonable and so convenient.
