The Business Manager role supports the Executive Director in the administration of various program functions to ensure effective and efficient operations of the Program.
Proactive participant providing administrative support in the following areas of the Program's operations:
Accounting functions and reporting in accordance with the generally accepted standard accounting principles and regulatory requirements,
Banking responsibilities as related to Program needs (cash ledgers, cash flow, deposits, withdrawals, checks etc.),
Monitor monetary functions to comply with IRS and reporting regulatory requirements,
Effectively manage and follow recruiting, pre-employment and new hire process,
Personnel administration, maintain and update staff files and training documentation,
Payroll reporting through appropriate systems and in partnership with Human Resources and Payroll,
Establish a schedule and monitor related to Program reporting requirements to internal and external clients,
Provide additional clerical support where needed,
Assist Executive Director with tasks related to board, public relations, fundraising activities,
Assemble information for Grant Funding,
Maintain Program contracts, cooperative agreements, letters of support, leases, corporate bylaws, etc.
Ensure a safe and successful work environment through identification and action against any potential risk management exposures,
Update Program organizational chart,
Track Program property inventory and advise Executive Director of any discrepancies,
Establish and maintain effective open communication with internal and external parties,
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information,
Effectively implement AMIkids Way (Kids First, Safety, and Family) and key elements of Positive Youth Development (Relationships, Meaningful Participation, Community Involvement, and Challenged & Engaged Programming) and the AMIkids Personal Growth Model (PGM) in all interactions with students,
Actively ensure all interactions reflect Kids First, Safety, Family, Relationships, Meaningful Participation, Challenge and Engaged environment and Community Involvement,
Interactions with youth shall maintain an environment that provides a physically/emotionally safe space for youth and effective learning, growth, and progress toward individualized goals,
Model supportive, consistent, respectful behavior with all parties to ensure an atmosphere that fosters healthy relationships, trust, and mutual respect; set clear boundaries and provide observations and reflection to youth,
Participate in special Program events (e.g., trips, sports functions, challenge events etc.),
Where applicable address facility issues, equipment maintenance and cleaning,
Respond timely to Finance and Support Services tasks/inquiries,
May be required to attend and maintain appropriate crisis intervention/de-escalation training and certification as defined by state and contract requirements,
May be required to attend and maintain CPR and First Aid certification by nationally recognized organization,
May travel for work related duties,
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; AA preferred,
Two (2) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, experience in business administration, bookkeeping, accounting or budget management experience preferred,
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint),
Effective communication skills (verbal and written),
Involvement in community activities preferred.

**The Role**
The Senior Director, Business Operations is responsible for supporting the Accelerate and Growth Team (CRO Business Operations) by driving clarity, alignment and execution. This role enables better decision making, identification of key focus areas, and progress tracking of top initiatives aligned with regional, functional, and corporate objectives as outlined in the 3-Year Operating Plan.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Manage the Business Operations team, including:

**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$171,447 - $228,596 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$180,020 - $240,026 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

Facilities Management
Supervises maintenance staff and instructs them in general custodial tasks and reviews performance.

Ensures all employee timecards are accurate and approved by supervisors; submits payroll package to payroll office in a timely manner; works with payroll office in preparing payroll, associated taxes and reports; distributes checks.
Oversees the financial resources systems of the Parish by assuring the preparation of a comprehensive annual budget, including revenue and expense projections, for review and approval of the Pastor in consultation with the Finance Council.
Monitors the monthly income and expenditures, authorizing purchases, and payment of all bills in line with the parish approved budget, with the accountant overseeing and assuring accurate and confidential financial record keeping systems.
Oversees tabulation and deposit of all Parish income and provides oversight of the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Pastor and Finance Council.
Prepares bank deposits and records receipts.
Prepares vouchers including coding and payment of outstanding invoices.
Staff liaison to Finance Committee(s).
Maximizes cash management resources.
Oversee parish offering envelope.
Liaison for parish with the Diocesan Shared Accounting Services (DSAS). Duties include:
Review and coding of Bank Deposits for all forms of revenue received;
Review and coding of invoices in preparation for approval;
Process check requests and hand check notices as required;
Provide other accounting information and backup for posting in the Parish's GL;
Compile, Scan, and Email Weekly Accounting Packages with the above information to DSAS;
Review monthly and periodic financial reporting with DSAS Staff.
Additional Responsibilities
Complies with Federal, State, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed action.

The Business Manager role supports the Executive Director in the administration of various program functions to ensure effective and efficient operations of the Program.
Proactive participant providing administrative support in the following areas of the Program's operations:
Accounting functions and reporting in accordance with the generally accepted standard accounting principles and regulatory requirements,
Banking responsibilities as related to Program needs (cash ledgers, cash flow, deposits, withdrawals, checks etc.),
Monitor monetary functions to comply with IRS and reporting regulatory requirements,
Effectively manage and follow recruiting, pre-employment and new hire process,
Personnel administration, maintain and update staff files and training documentation,
Payroll reporting through appropriate systems and in partnership with Human Resources and Payroll,
Establish a schedule and monitor related to Program reporting requirements to internal and external clients,
Provide additional clerical support where needed,
Assist Executive Director with tasks related to board, public relations, fundraising activities,
Assemble information for Grant Funding,
Maintain Program contracts, cooperative agreements, letters of support, leases, corporate bylaws, etc.

Model supportive, consistent, respectful behavior with all parties to ensure an atmosphere that fosters healthy relationships, trust, and mutual respect; set clear boundaries and provide observations and reflection to youth,
Participate in special Program events (e.g., trips, sports functions, challenge events etc.),
Where applicable address facility issues, equipment maintenance and cleaning,
Respond timely to Finance and Support Services tasks/inquiries,
May be required to attend and maintain appropriate crisis intervention/de-escalation training and certification as defined by state and contract requirements,
May be required to attend and maintain CPR and First Aid certification by nationally recognized organization,
May travel for work related duties,
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; AA preferred,
Two (2) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, experience in business administration, bookkeeping, accounting or budget management experience preferred,
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint),
Effective communication skills (verbal and written),
Involvement in community activities preferred.

Our Retail Assistant Manager - Floating leads by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and team work. Retail Assistant Manager - Floating will be responsible for the following duties:
· Ensuring that production goals are met by staff.
· Creating a positive store environment for staff and customers.
· Payroll/timekeeping
· Assisting in ensuring production goals and sales goals are met.
· Closing store, reconciling cash with daily sales reports and securing facility for night.
· Cash register/customer service.
· Receiving, pricing and stocking donations. (Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.)
· Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in a production style setting.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Requires three or more years of retail experience plus experience in a supervisory role. Prefer experience as a key holder HOURS: Stores are open M-Sat from 10am-8pm and open at 1pm on Sundays.
PAY: $17.21
