Working at Amini's Galleria

Pretty hard to get fired. Coming in late, not calling in or leaving work early without telling anyone doesn't seem to matter. No consequences, but if you ess up once you will never hear the end of it.

No room for advancement. There's a big turnover of employees. If you're one of the longer term employees, you are constantly training with no benefits for it. Any mess ups on the job comes back to you. You get burned out on training. The warehouse manager will throw you under the bus even if it's his fault. He can never do wrong. He says he is the Master of everything he does. Put himself on a pedestal. No benefits or compensation for helping them out by going above and beyond your required work requirements. No future for advancement. No pay raises {far and few between} or benefits for the warehouse people. They try to take advantage of your knowledge to benefit themselves. No raise in over two years. Can't even keep up with the cost of living.

I have none. The better employee you are, they will try and take advantage of you. They say they appreciate all we do but talk and laugh behind our backs. They take care of family first and you are third or fourth depending how they feel for the day.

Never talked to them. They don't even know our names.

Just like any other job interview.
