Who We Are
This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals to gain exposure and contribute to the overall Intel strategy through supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and/or special strategic projects. The Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Accounting Manager position will be a member of the M&A and ICAP Accounting team, part of the broader Corporate Accounting group and Chief Accounting Office. This is a dynamic, high impact role that will entail both technical accounting and project management work, the mix of which will vary on a deal-by-deal and project-by-project basis. In this role, candidates may perform the following:
* Own integration/disintegration activities pertinent to Finance, which may include project management for CAO organization, detailed functional area work needed to support deals, and working with stakeholders across Intel.
* Quickly synthesize disparate information surrounding the transaction or strategic project to identify accounting opportunities/risks/issues, then create and drive solutions.
* Act as the key accounting point person for stakeholders inside and outside of Intel, developing a deep understanding of the key processes, accounting infrastructure, and practices to drive good decision making.
* Lead the design and implementation of carve out financials, TSA services, integration/disintegration of key areas as determined necessary for the deal.

The FPGA Emulation team in the MCU division is looking for a pre-silicon FPGA validation engineer. As an experienced validation engineer, you will interact with design engineers in charge of different parts of our microcontrollers, define test plans and implement tests. Job Description:
Microchip's Design Automation (DA) team in Chandler is seeking an EDA Engineer to develop strategic EDA applications. The ideal candidate will design and implement EDA solutions tailored to customer needs, collaborating closely with business units across the globe to understand requirements and drive innovative solutions for complex challenges. Development responsibilities will span a variety of software tools, APIs, and utilities.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement EDA solutions to address customer and business unit requirements.
* Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and foster innovative problem-solving.
* Develop, optimize, and maintain EDA applications, tools, and utilities.
* Work across different Software environments and APIs.
* Support and enhance existing EDA flows and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
* Working knowledge of Python.
* Strong understanding of VLSI fundamentals, including FinFET/CMOS technology, devices, and circuits.
* Basic knowledge of Digital Place and Route Flows (e.g., Synopsys ICC/ICC2 and/or Cadence Innovus).
* Basic understanding on Layouts and Digital designs
* Familiarity with GUI development tools.
* Experience with Revision Control Systems (GIT /DesignSync preferred).
* Understanding of Software development processes and bug tracking tools.
* Proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments.
* Ability to work effectively within a global development organization.
* Self-motivated with strong technical problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in development and optimization of EDA applications.
* Working knowledge of the Cadence Virtuoso environment.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
* 0-2.5 years of relevant experience.
