What You'll Do:
* Lease with confidence: Tour apartments, engage prospects, and convert leads into leases using your sales savvy and service mindset.
* Deliver standout service: Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and care-before, during, and after move-in.
* Showcase the community: Utilize phone, email, social media, and networking to market AMLI's offerings and maintain strong occupancy.
* Support community engagement: Assist with planning and hosting events that make our communities feel like home.
* Keep things running smoothly: Accurately complete lease paperwork and administrative tasks in a timely, organized manner.
* Stay connected: Build relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and industry professionals to maintain community visibility.
* Know the market: Shop competitive properties regularly to stay informed and aware of trends.
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience
* High school diploma or GED required, college coursework or degree a plus
* Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
* A professional demeanor and a collaborative mindset
* Available to work Mondays and Saturdays plus 3 other days during the week (Closed Sundays).

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
One year experience as a leasing professional is preferred.
Up to one year of related experience or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
Experience with virtual and in-person community tours is preferred.
Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.
Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions. Familiarity with the local market preferred.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
* Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures apartments are in move-in ready condition and schedules any outstanding item to be addressed with the maintenance team.
* Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy and sales results, develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and follows the community's established policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
