Description Laborer Report to: Foreman Team members classified in a laborer position shall assist in the safe completion of a variety of tasks associated with heavy construction, underground utilities construction, and environmental construction. Following a familiarization of safety procedures and a thorough review of each tool's user manual, the laborer may operate small power and hand tools, including but not limited to tampers, saws, straw blowers, seeders, surveying and measuring devices, concrete tools, pumps, and compressors. Safety training by the company will be required for all team members. Out-of-town work is probable and may require travel of up to three weeks away from home at a time. Dependable attendance and punctuality are critical.
