What you'll do as a Warehouse Receiver:
* Direct outside carriers and contract unloaders to sort and segregate product.
* Follow and maintain product integrity as required by Silliker quality inspection standards.
* Determine and document overages, shorts, damages, expiration dates, product temperature, trailer condition, and other features of the delivery.
* Print pallet labels, enter purchase orders into computer, and assign doors.
* Cover for the Receiving Clerk as needed.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:
* At least 18 years of age.
* Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift to 75 pounds or more.

• Monitor and report on supplier performance using KPIs and SLAs (e.g., fill rates, submission declines, cancellations).

POSITION PURPOSE:

* Conduct promotional audits to ensure compliance and accuracy with Ecommerce efforts.
* Create and maintain property content within each GDS, IDS, VA, and BE
* Collect and organize critical path data including - Room matrix and identification of room types, rate strategies, rate codes, etc.
* Assist in the development and rollout of all new/transition property builds via the CRS, Channel Connect, GDS, IDS, and PMS.
* Assist with the optimization of content and images for all properties across online distribution channels when needed
* Assist with completing Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly checklists for all systems up to and including CRS, PMS, GDS, IDS, VA, and BE
* Assist with creation and distribution of daily, weekly month-end channel reporting used to measure overall effectiveness.
* Must be able to assist with maintaining group blocks in both PMS and CRS.
* Communicate with hotels in a timely manner all special requests and urgent matters.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $73,000 - $81,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

This position is responsible for performing audits of client inventories, storage site inspections and inventory closeouts.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct audits of client inventories at client specified storage site. Follow client business rules, finalize necessary reconciliation(s), and complete required documentation.
Complete all assignments in a professional and timely manner in accordance with Company and Client business rules.
Submit all assignment status changes using the on-line Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS).
Review all instructions and forms required to complete assignments prior to audit to ensure quality service levels.
Ensure that assignments are scheduled in accordance within Client expectations and timelines
Communicate with client representatives and AIMS management team via email, US mail, and/or phone.

Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or GED Required
College Degree Preferred
Must have mobile electronic device.
Must have transportation to audit sites. If driving a motor vehicle, must have valid driver's license with records that satisfy Company standards as well as current motor vehicle insurance.
Related Experience: Pharmaceutical industry and/ or Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong communication skills, intermediate math skills, attention to detail, and computer skills
Physical Requirements: May be required to bend, squat, kneel, or stand for long periods. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs. periodically
