We are currently seeking aMetal Finisher for our Glendale, WI location. The Finisher is responsible for preparing and finishing stainless steel components through a variety of processes, including grinding, smoothing, blending, deburring, and polishing, to meet required specifications and quality standards. This role focuses on overall surface preparation and consistency rather than high-production cosmetic polishing alone. Duties/Responsibilities Operate hand and pedestal polishing/grinding machine to achieve required finish on stainless steel pump components. Operate hoist, cranes, pallet jacks, etc., to move equipment from one location to another. Review sequence of steps for each job and complete in a timely manner. Follow work instructions to comply with customer expectations and industry standards. Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures. Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills Knowledge of established metal finishing techniques to achieve proper finishes across multiple product features.
