Duties/Responsibilities Perform general and preventive maintenance work on shop equipment to ensure minimal equipment downtime, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics on manual and CNC machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals, basic prints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Troubleshoot and repair machines and general operational problems. Manage general facility upkeep (including grass cutting and snow removal). Monitor inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies, reordering as needed. Manage all recycling activities for paper and cardboard according to procedures. Position Overview Due to continued business growth, Twin Disc is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Product Manager - Transmissions to lead the direction, performance, and lifecycle of our transmission product line. Support distributor and OEM engagement to ensure product alignment and market penetration. QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience 5-10 years of experience in Product Management or Applications Engineering, ideally within transmissions, powertrain systems, or related technologies. Technical & Professional Skills Strong understanding of transmission systems and Twin Disc product applications. Experience with CRM software; Salesforce preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving abilities, including margin and pricing analysis. Solid project management skills with cross-functional leadership capability. Other Requirements Ability to travel 30-40% domestically and internationally. Valid passport required.
