The Programs Administrator provides support and assistance to the Program Managers to ensure Customers' products are produced, shipped and delivered as promised. Job Summary As a Production Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing activities to support production. This position involves managing a team of technicians, handling a variety of different projects simultaneously and ensuring success of day-to-day operations at Key-In Center and MFG Training. The ideal candidate for this role must have strong technical capability and possess customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication. Must be data driven and possess strong project management capabilities to support production needs. The responsibilities also include collaborating with internal and external customers to coordinate and execute events such as customer visits, audits, PR events, corporate functions, or other gatherings.
