Pay is good for the area , lots of chances for OT if you want it . There can be things to kearn
People who are suppose to train you don’t want to cause they covet the work , even if the work doesn’t move fast . They don’t really want you to become good at it .
Some interesting stuff to learn if you get the oppurtunity .
I met the CEO , seemed very professional polite .
New employees would be worked with and aided to develop more skills that could benefit the company and then allowed to do just that . Bias should have no place in the environment . No one should be treated hostile because they came there and want to be part of the company . Called a kiss ass cause they accept overtime , told they should just use their personal time & call out when they don’t want to , talked to in nasty hostile tones when they ask questions . Or referred to as a dumbass in close proximity when they do ask a question.
I had worked there before . I completely looked at job requirement to compare my background to them . I never lie in job interviews or about what I’ve done in the past and am honest .
I’m be happy with it
HR and Union could work better together so there is not the “ us against them “ attitude
I do like learning new things about technology . I’m good with people but coworkers have to value that quality and many are all out for themselves

I like that I have a job. Hard to progress and move up. If your not a favorite or related to someone in salary.
That its not based on experience or knowledge to move up. Or even move to another position. They don't want you there. You are not going there. Some salary employees lie and very deceiving. Its out of control. No respect.
