Jon Kirchner is our chief executive officer and also serves on our board of directors. Previously he was president of Xperi following the completion of the acquisition of DTS in December 2016. At DTS he was appointed chairman of the board of directors in 2010 and served as its chief executive officer beginning 2001. Jon led DTS through a period of significant success, growing it from a small startup, to a global industry leader generating over $190 million in licensing revenue. After joining DTS in 1993, Jon served in a number of senior leadership roles including president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Prior to joining DTS he worked for the consulting and audit groups at Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). In 2012, Jon received the Ernst & Young Technology Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Greater Los Angeles and in 2011, he was honored by the Producers Guild of America, receiving the “Digital 25: Leaders in Emerging Entertainment” award for being among the visionaries that have made significant contributions to the advancement of digital entertainment and storytelling.

Nigel is CEO of Publicis Sapient (SapientRazorfish, Sapient Consulting), he is also a member of the Publicis Groupe Executive Committee and leads Global Business Transformation for the Groupe. He is responsible for developing and executing business strategy and identifying market opportunities to drive the growth of the business. A driving force behind the company’s vision to partner with clients to help them realize a better future for their businesses and improve their customers’ lives, Nigel works closely with clients and teams to deliver transformative experiences and business models that make a significant impact on the success of leading global brands including Carrefour, Lloyds, Nationwide,McDonalds RBS/NatWest, Unilever, BNP Paribas and Fiat Chrysler. Nigel has held a variety of leadership positions with Sapient prior to its acquisition by Publicis Groupe, where he is now part of the Groupe Executive Committee Nigel drove the evolution of Sapient’s EMEA business, helping build Sapient Consulting into one of the premier digital consulting firms, and growing SapientNitro to be one of the largest agencies in the UK from a startup a decade ago. Charles J. Meyers joined Equinix in 2010 as President, Equinix Americas, leading the company’s largest P&L through a time of significant growth and strong operating performance. Mr. Meyers then served as the Chief Operating Officer at Equinix, where he led the Global Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success teams.
