Individuals with experience in call center, telemarketing, or high-volume sales or working in the customer service industry would be a good fit for this role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls with existing and prospective clients to schedule an appointment with our Hearing Care Professionals. Drive marketing campaigns by being the first point of contact for customers engaged through multiple marketing channels (ex. Inbound/outbound calls, email, website inquiries, mail campaigns, etc.) and capturing customer data. Educate customers on Miracle-Ear programs, products, and services and resolve client inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records and update as necessary. Develop client rapport by providing best-in-class client experience for diverse customer base. Provide other duties as required which may include, but are not limited to reception support, admin support, Clinic support, and basic invoicing. Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to: Bilingual in both English and Spanish 1+ years of experience in high-volume sales, call center environment, or telemarketing High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills Able to type while listening attentively while on the phone Strong interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a range of clients, colleagues, and vendors.
