    Job Description The Master Scheduler & Planner has ownership over the production schedule and inventory processes. This role takes multiple input to develop a production capacity plan and ensures materials are available to execute the plan. This position is critical in ensuring production is run efficiently and customer deliveries happen on time, report to Director of Operations. Job Responsibilities: Translate demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory strategies into executable production plans. · Provide guidance on production capacity, lead times, and volumes across both in-house and contract manufacturing operations to support Sales and Operations. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate the weekly production schedule. · Leverage MRP/ERP systems and scheduling tools to align supply with demand and proactively identify purchasing requirements. · Issue purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely supplier execution. · Define and manage shipment schedules to meet customer delivery commitments. · Assess supplier network constraints and maintain a supplier capability database to match demand types with sourcing options. · Partner with manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks, delays, or quality-related issues. · Identify potential material or capacity shortages and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
