Recently he served as president and COO for the organization and was integral to its return to profitable growth. Previously, he was president of the company’s Electronic Systems Sector, responsible for operations spanning the commercial and defense electronics markets, and its extensive portfolio of mission critical electronic systems. He also served as executive vice president of BAE Systems’ Product Sectors, responsible for articulating and executing a vision that drove optimal business performance across the Electronic Systems and legacy Land & Armaments businesses. Prior to his senior leadership appointments, Arseneault managed various organizations and programs for Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Company, and he remained with the unit when it was acquired by BAE Systems in 2000. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Boston University.

Prior to joining Noblis, Mr. ElSawy was a Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Center for Advanced Aviation System Development of The MITRE Corporation. Tom led an investment group that acquired Oasis Systems in November 2010. Prior to Oasis Tom was founder and CEO of American Security Ventures, a firm that specialized in raising capital and managing acquisitions for Homeland Security and Biometric Industries. Tom was also CEO of Viisage Technology, which was a publicly traded security company notable for commercializing facial recognition technology. Tom and his team were credited with the company’s turnaround, increasing Viisage’s market value to a $300 million company. For more than 20 years, Tom held a number of senior finance and executive positions at Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP Corporation) including VP of Finance & Administration for the company’s $6 billion U.S. Field Operations and Vice President the company’s $2.0 billion and 5,000-person Federal Systems Group. Tom has served as director for a number public and private companies and faith based organizations. Tom was awarded a Bronze Star as Vietnam combat veteran with the 1st Infantry Division.
