Mr. Quindlen joined Kodak after completing graduate studies. Previously he had worked for Mobil Oil Corporation as a process engineer. Mr. Quindlen holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in Philadelphia.
