Work Schedule: The Corporate Operations Associate role is offered on a Remote-Centric Hybrid basis with the expectation that you will be required to come to our AMSURG office in the Green Hills section of Nashville for quarterly planning meetings and annual full team strategy meetings. The Corporate Operations Associate will focus on an assigned region based on their geographic location, with regional representation needed in the West, Northeast, and Southeast U.S. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Duties: Operational Reporting and Analysis: Develops and delivers data-driven reports and analytics that support operational decision-making and align with organizational objectives. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluates business processes and procedures, identifying gaps or areas for improvement, and implements enhancements to streamline operations. Data Visualization: Designs and presents compelling visual representations of data to effectively communicate insights and trends. Project Support: Provides tactical and administrative support for various initiatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
