Job Summary
The Brand Markeing Manager strengthens Amtrak's brand by translating brand strategy into clear, actionable marketing frameworks that guide consistent expression across customer touchpoints. Job Summary

Essential Functions
* Investigate liability and damage aspects of accidents/incidents involving reports of personal injury and property damage.
* Make contact with claimants promptly, provide assistance, and monitor medical treatment.

Communicates with WMATA stakeholders on performance and progress of internal and external CAPs and the core standards of the QMS process.
+ Communicates and fosters successful, professional relationships with multi-level stakeholders including senior leadership within WMATA and external regulatory agencies regarding meetings, CAP creation, action item reviews, development of documents to meet action items, extension requests, and CAP closures. Ensures transparency and ability to align with requirements of internal and external CAPs.
+ Reviews stakeholder documents to include work instructions, standard operating procedures, and departmental policies. **SUMMARY**
The Structural Evaluation Technician A performs inspections, evaluations and assessments of bridges, aerials, tunnels, stations, retaining structures, parking structures and other WMATA structures.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ Conducts in-depth visual and mechanical inspections of structures such as bridges, aerials, tunnels, stations, retaining structures, and parking structures, as well as, other structural assets to identify all structural damage, deterioration, defects, and deficiencies that would present a safety hazard or maintenance concern. Ensures all structure inspections are compliant with federal and internal specifications.
+ Prepares inspection reports to document findings, manage records of inspections and elevate any critical deficiencies found in Inspection database for assets.
+ Performs a variety of calculations and computations to determine the severity of a deficiency and properly account for all elements within the asset.
+ Works under the guidance of Structural Evaluation Technician AAs or Supervisory personnel and follows pre-determined work routines on assignments contained and prioritized on monthly cut sheets.
+ Makes sketches and takes detailed photographs to document conditions and use as aides to resolve structural issues to give maintenance personnel and engineers an idea of how the deficiency is affecting the asset.
+ Selects and uses correct tools and test equipment such as, crack monitors and borescopes. Analyzes, evaluates and interprets test results.
+ Performs non-destructive tests on structures to ascertain the reliability of materials such as concrete and steel and measures the size of reinforcing bars.
+ Interprets schematic and layout diagrams, operation manuals, and manufacturer's maintenance instructions. Reads and understands structural blue prints and interprets drawings to evaluate conditions of existing structures.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to attorneys and staff within the Law Department, specifically focusing on handling cases and administrative projects. The primary responsibilities include supporting attorneys in Amtrak's Litigation and Labor and Employment teams, as well as assisting with matters before regulatory bodies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). * Act as a point of contact for Amtrak's outside counsel in collecting case materials;
* Monitor and update cases through an internal case management system, noting deadlines and major case updates;
* Assist attorneys in carrying out legal research, including gathering and analyzing research data, such as statutes, decisions, legal arguments, codes, and documents;
* Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including contracts, subpoena responses, preservation memoranda, and statements;
* Liaise with numerous employees across multiple departments within Amtrak;
* Preparing cases for attorneys by organizing exhibits, finalizing affidavits and legal correspondences, and maintaining documents in paper and electronic filing systems;
* Assist attorneys in investigating facts and laws of cases, and search pertinent sources to determine causes of action and prepare cases;
* Assist attorneys in interviewing witnesses and scheduling depositions;
* Other special projects, legal support tasks, and administrative duties as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent and significant substantive experience

Job Summary
Interface with Contractor(s) and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of construction packages consistent with the company's Capital Delivery goals of safe, on-time and on budget project delivery. Maintain focus on construction management of the work and ensure the project stays within the approved scope, schedule, and budget. Support the Contracting Official's Technical Representative (COTR) to monitor the performance of the contractor(s) and support the contracting processes.
Essential Functions
* Assist with oversight of the Contractor and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that design and construction elements of the contract scope meet the needs of the overall program goals:
* Manage and monitor contract project cost and schedules, and report progress.
* Maintain, adjust and update project plans, as needed, to communicate and advise project management as to all issues and risks affecting the project.
* Facilitate the development and implementation project plans, schedules and budgets consistent with operational and stakeholders needs.
* Work with senior leaders to contribute relevant data to support annual planning activities and provide support to progress and financial reporting, budgeting, estimating, scheduling and change control.
* Assist with the development, planning, budgeting, coordination, and scheduling of resources required to accomplish support construction activities of the Contractor.

Job Summary
Optimize revenue for assigned trains by allocating inventory based on passenger demand, setting inventory authorizations to optimize revenue and ridership, monitoring passenger demand to determine short-term and medium-term equipment adjustments, and implementing or assisting in the implementation of a variety of projects related to pricing department functions. **Summary**
