What do we need:

We are looking to hire a Front-Line Leader for our Personal Care Manufacturing Plant. You will be responsible for planning and incorporating goals to achieve operational excellence in safety, quality and delivery.

The Personal Care Manufacturing Plant produces a variety of personal care products both unique to the Amway business, as well as our contract manufacturers' products. This high-volume plant provides the opportunity to learn, develop, and grow in multiple skillsets across different roles, as well as training opportunities. With high profile contract projects coming in, the plant continues to grow as our business continues to invest in that growth. This role will provide a leadership role with the opportunity to influence manufacturing teams, deepen your leadership skills, and be a part of the key decision-making processes. This role will operate on a 3rd shift schedule working Sunday night - Friday morning, 10:00pm - 7:00am. This position may require scheduling flexibility to train on 1st shift (7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday) up to two months depending on capability. What's special about this role:

The Front-Line Leader (FLL) I will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising activities during a single shift within our Soft Gel or Packaging operations. They are expected to deliver operational excellence in safety, quality and the delivery of products to our customers. The FLL will achieve results through leading and assisting manufacturing technicians with technical support, incident management to safety and quality outages, coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities will include:

Demonstrating capabilities of an entry-level leader and setting direction for the shift while driving activities that support business goals, effectively communicating across all levels, responding to situations and challenges and encouraging and rewarding team members. The FFL will perform functions associated with safety and productivity on a designated shift and functional job family while maintaining a high level of quality.

Required qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years' experience within in a manufacturing setting and leadership experience highly preferred
* High School Diploma/GED

Skills to be successful in the role:

* Active member of FLL program
* Basic computer skills to include an ability to learn and use company MRP (JDE/DcLink), MES (CAC), and PMC systems, related software, databases and applications to include use of typical office suite software packages
* Ability to obtain a Hilo license
* Interact with/lead cross-functional teams to achieve defined outcomes through partnering, constructive and positive collaboration with culturally diverse team members, internal customers and external suppliers, respects and values differences and opinions of others
* Understand customer needs and expectations and consistently look for ways to exceed the customer's expectations.

Mfg Technician - Warehouse (Nights) - Warehouse 1

We are looking for people to join our Warehouse team in our Nutritional Product Plant (NPP) facility.

What's special about this team:

The Nutritional Products Plant manufactures products for our Nutrilite Brand, including our top-selling product. As a Manufacturing Technician in the plant, you will be part of a collaborative team, learning all aspects of your area's operations. This role will have a focused career progression with a skill development system that allows for multiple avenues to promotion. In this role, you will work in the warehouse area of the plant and will be on the night shift, working three 12.5 hour shifts, from 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with the flexibility to train on day shifts for the first 5 weeks in the plant.

What's special about this role:

In this role, you will work in the warehouse operation. You will have multiple responsibilities and variety in this role:

* Ensure timely and accurate receiving, processing, and verifying of incoming shipments to ensure stock is received and replenished.
* Responsible for warehouse inbound and outbound orders on-site and across the globe.
* Operate several types of forklifts to load and unload trucks, as well as store and move materials.
* Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and schedules.

Since this is a GMP regulated plant, it will be important to complete and maintain all required records and documentation. As you develop in your career over time, you will train other team members on proper standards and operating procedures and will also provide peer reviews and feedback to team members as well.

Required qualifications:

* Strong attention to detail and safety
* Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
* Prior warehouse experience is a plus
* High school diploma

As a Manufacturing Technician in the plant, you will be part of a collaborative team, learning all aspects of your area's operations. This role will have a focused career progression with a skill development system that allows for multiple avenues to promotion. In this role, you will work in the blending area of the plant and will be on the rotating day shift, working 3-day, 12.5-hour shifts, from 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, with a rotating schedule working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for 5 weeks and then Thursday, Friday, Saturday for 5 weeks with continued rotation every 5 weeks. This position will require employees to be available Monday through Saturday with the department determining which days will comprise the work week based upon production and scheduling demands.

How you would contribute to the role:

In this role, you will work in either the packaging line or blending operation. You will be responsible for machine set up and troubleshooting, including complete set-ups of the packaging equipment and making adjustments to the equipment, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. You will perform detailed sanitation procedures, following the correct methods of sanitation, and will keep the production areas clean. You will also assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and schedules. Since this is a GMP regulated plant, it will be important to complete and maintain all required records and documentation. As you develop in your career over time, you will train other team members on proper standards and operating procedures and will also provide peer reviews and feedback to team members as well.
