Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant ClientManager to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to the operations, supporting the ClientManagers and Producers in delivering exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clientmanagement, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hybrid position, requiring four days in the office and one day working from home.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus ranging from 3% to 10% of base salary

Responsibilities
Assist ClientManagers in managing a high volume of accounts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000, including construction, equipment rentals, and golf courses.
Support the account pre-renewal and post-bind processes.
Conduct client outreach and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with support staff to gather necessary documentation, such as loss runs and endorsements.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by managing administrative tasks and supporting client-related activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an independent or retail brokerage environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of clients (up to 150 accounts).
Proficiency in clientmanagement software (experience with Sagitta is a plus but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Informs account team of any significant changes relating to the client. Understands and adapts to style of client to best suit their needs.

As a Employee Health & Benefits Client Executive, you will:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the employee health and benefits market. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Conduct presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's offerings and value proposition.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, providing strategic guidance and support to enhance their employee benefits programs. Share responsibility for overall strategic management and focus of client engagement.
Plan Design and Implementation: Collaborate with clients to design and implement employee health and benefits plans that align with their goals and budget. Conduct needs assessments and market analysis to recommend appropriate benefits solutions.
Renewals and Negotiations: Lead the renewal process for client accounts, including market analysis, proposal development, and negotiations with carriers. Analyze and present renewal options, ensuring clients understand the implications of their choices.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Stay informed about changes in health care regulations and compliance requirements, advising clients accordingly. Ensure all client plans comply with federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA.
Reporting and Analytics: Provide clients with regular reports and analytics on their benefits programs, including utilization, cost trends, and employee feedback. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with internal teams, including account management, underwriting, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and participate in sales presentations, strategic assessments, RFP responses, open enrollment, and other client-related meetings.
Consultative and Strategic Planning: Provide consultative and strategic planning for clients, under the direction of the Producer(s). Prepare, analyze, and present reports for clients, including quarterly reports, renewal analysis, and ACA reporting.

Marketing - Initiate and manage the overall marketing process with a technical understanding of industries and coverages and the ability to develop and build upon relationships with carriers.
