Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Business Systems Analyst implements and supports enterprise software applications and related systems in the Sales and Marketing area. Working closely with the business and technical partners, this position performs business process analysis, functional requirements development, system setups, data analysis, integration mapping, and extensive testing to deliver high-quality solutions. This position also provides ongoing support to our business partners.

Business Requirements
Solicits business requirements through interviews and workshops with cross-functional users and uses the discovery process to understand current business practices and alternatives.
Creates documents with testable functional requirements, use cases, process maps, business rules, security roles, and hardware/software/human resource requirements.
Produces solution designs (e.g. screens, reports, functionality) and design documentation, and gains customer approval for them.
Able to consider and document multiple solution options and elicit the best approach with the stakeholders.
Testing
Develops test scripts and supports test script development with stakeholders, testing plans, and schedules. Tracks and documents test results. Resolves issues for owned functionality. Plans, coordinates, and monitors test schedules to ensure timely execution.

Tracks and documents changes to assigned requirements. Ensures that changes are clarified and communicated to project leadership.

Education & Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the Amy's liquidity, forecasting and optimizing cash flow, and supporting debt compliance and reporting. This role oversees day-to-day treasury operations, with a focus on bank account management, cash positioning, and short-term investing. The position requires experience in treasury processes, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and knowledge of bank debt structures including term loans, leases, and asset-based lending (ABL) facilities.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across all entities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for completing the site maintenance of the Amy's Drive Thru property at our new location in Roseville, CA!
Identifies areas at Amy's Drive Thru including cleanliness, basic repairs, preventative maintenance (i.e. using power washer and wet/dry vac) and coordinating quarterly deep cleaning projects. Must coordinate with the General Manager to schedule & complete the work.
Responsible for weekly power washing of the property including all exterior hard scape, loading dock and trash enclosure areas. Ensures interior floors are auto scrubbed properly on a daily basis while maintaining proper par levels of all cleaning agents.
Cleans the back of house and all kitchen areas at least once weekly using approved degreaser agent and scrub brush to ensure minimal grease buildup on floors.
Waters landscape on a daily basis during seasonally warm periods to ensure that all plants have adequate hydration. Points out to General Manager when plants are mall nourished or dying. Arranges time for re-planting and whenever possible is onsite during re-planting to ensure proper knowledge of how to take care of plants.
Helps organize loading dock area, including setting pallets up for pickup in an organized manner. Helps unload and zone Amy's Kitchen and APP orders in the Drive Thru.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
