Cons of working at Anagram International
Care very little about employees. Only cost of living 3% yearly. No room for advance. Bend the laws because they know people will just do as they say. 25 days or 25 years everyone no matter how long there, replaceable. HR is not there to help employee's, but to report to upper management people that might not follow there laws. Treat fabrication workers like they are less then the front office people. Don't listen to workers that be there for many years. Management gets bonus for the work fab does and fab gets nothing in return. Company makes 75 million off of workers long hours and steady work and show appreciation with 50 gas card at x-mas. Only bonus for all of year
