**CAP Analyst 3**
**Position Overview:**
The Corrective Action Program (CAP) Analyst 3 position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of data integrity deriving from the PIRCS (problem reporting system) screening process and entries into the PIRCS database derived from this process. The position is also responsible for data integrity and key performance indicator evaluations. Particular to this position is the added responsibility of maintaining and revising CAP procedures, program documents, managing the feedback process, and customer interaction. **Your Day to Day as a CAP Analyst 3** **:**
+ Manage PIRCS administratively, facilitate communications and actions to maintain a healthy CAP Program, and facilitate the Problem Review Group PIRCS Screening Process.
+ Develop, maintain, evaluate, and distribute data reports. Generate, update, evaluate, and distribute metrics and key performance indicators.
+ Maintain and revise CAP procedures and program documents as assigned by the CAP Manager.
+ Manage feedback process (feedback response details, individual engagement, and reporting).
+ Maintain CAP electronic and copy files in a form retrievable for internal and external auditors and inspectors.
+ Develop, coordinate, and deliver investigation and corrective actions related training, as well as generating and delivering CAP related toolboxes as directed by the CAP Manager.
+ Maintain proficiency in MS Office, Crystal Reports, and MS SharePoint, and eB Database interface.
+ Participate in quality improvement plan initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Fraud detection and prevention involving transaction risk assessment of the following transaction types which can include but are not limited to ACH, peer-to-peer transfers including Zelle, external transfers, bill pay, check, ATM, wire transfer, debit card and credit card transactions, mobile remote deposit capture (MRDC), remote deposit capture (RDC).
* Risk analysis ranging from moderate to complex and informed escalation of transactions or trends of transactional activity over time for investigation.
* Research and detection of indicators of credential compromise, financial exploitation, account takeover, money laundering, attempted unauthorized access, or other related fraud and risk.
* Independent correlation of information across multiple data sources to effectively decision an alert, assess account risk, or complete after-action due diligence.
* Triage and research of high volumes of inbound communications and escalations for investigative referral.
* Prompt and professional communication to internal stakeholders related to a range of escalations types.
* Development of clear, consistent, and well-founded fraud risk guidance that can be shared with an impacted customer or external party.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Position Summary
The Financial Analyst position plays a key role in strengthening MHOs financial operations by supporting day-to-day accounting, funds management, data reconciliation, and internal and external financial reporting. This position helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, maintains organized financial documentation for audit and compliance needs, and supports the digitization and optimization of core financial processes. Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Funds Management
Preparation of monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Management of charitable receipts and operational disbursements in alignment with funds management workflows and internal controls.
Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries, schedules, reconciliations, and variance explanations.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages, including reconciliations and analysis for the Balance Sheet, Consolidated Debt Schedule, and Profit & Loss results vs budget.
Perform routine and ad hoc analyses to support program and departmental decision-making; serve as a key financial resource for internal teams and external partners.

Audit, Documentation, & Digitalization

Process Improvement & Systems Development

Contribute to the standardization of procedures and development of SOPs and documentation for recurring financial processes.
Cross Departmental Collaboration
Serve as a resource for project teams, property management, development, asset management, and external stakeholders to ensure understanding and adherence to financial procedures and requirements.

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies
Strong affinity for MHOs mission, service population; and organizational values.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
