MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
This position supports a wide range of defense-related initiatives. It plays a critical role in delivering expertise across cybersecurity, business systems analysis, project management, and Navy and DoD programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing technical analysis of NAVY issuances
Quickly learn new and relevant cybersecurity concepts and tools

Assist with the creation of data dashboards, workflows, and reports in Power BI

Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or Business Systems Analysis field
Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related discipline

The analyst will be responsible for helping JIOS scale its acquisitions pipeline by proactively sourcing new opportunities to acquire industrial real estate. **Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in outbound or shipping operations within a distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
+ Working knowledge of ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP) and familiarity with transportation processes managed through a 4PL model.
+ Proficiency with Excel plus a data-visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau; able to translate raw data into actionable insights.
+ Strong communication and influence skills; comfortable directing 3PL associates and collaborating with a remote 4PL team without direct authority.
+ Understanding of domestic parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping requirements and basic export documentation
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in a 3PL-run facility or a technology supply chain
+ Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS certification (CSCP, CPIM).
+ Exposure to CTPAT, ISO 9001, or other compliance frameworks.

The base pay range for this role is $59,200 to $87,650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
