The Actuarial Analyst I is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and actionable data and analysis supporting the department, area, and corporate key initiatives. The Project Analyst is responsible for assisting leadership in the analysis, planning and execution of property operations initiatives. Creates data models to identify key opportunities for improved operational efficiency. Analyzes data into meaningful insights used to make operational decisions on which projects to prioritize. Partners with stakeholders within property operations to build implementation plan of proposed initiatives, measures results, and provides feedback on an ongoing basis. To provide IT support for both applications and users. Create and maintain user interfaces. To help ensure a smooth running department with minimal interruptions. Maintains the Micros POS system and perform Micros POS programming. Configure, deploy, and maintain computer hardware and software.
