Energy Transfer is a master limited partnership that owns and operates one of the largest and most diversified portfolios of energy assets in the United States. In total, the Company owns and operates approximately 120,000 miles of natural gas, crude oil, refined products, and natural gas liquids pipelines, terminals, and acquisition and marketing assets which are used to facilitate the purchase and sale of crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids, and refined products.

Our Commercial Department is seeking a dynamic, personable, and professional Intern for the 2023 summer at our Kansas office.

This is a twelve (12) week internship program starting in May 2023. You must be enrolled in college during the program

We are looking for a motivated and hard-working Marketing Intern -summer program to join our team! The position will support our Endure Energy Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Our internship is designed to introduce you to the fast-paced, dynamic industry of energy trading. This will include direct exposure to physical and financial trading, scheduling, transmission procurement, risk analysis and credit management. Our intern will rotate through multiple segments of Endure, including Day-Ahead, FTR & Real-Time trading desks, as well as exposure to credit risk and accounting. Tasks will include general analysis, research and modeling of market supply & demand, power pricing, fuel prices, grid congestion, weather and their market impact on a daily basis.

Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Preferably junior status as of Fall 2023 General requirements include self-motivated individuals, involvement in activities outside college studies. The potential candidates includes will be working towards a degree in General Business, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics or other relevant degrees. Above average GPA


Preferred qualifications:

Strong computer and advanced Excel skills preferred Must possess a strong willingness to learn Familiarity with SQL, Python and R a plus Excellent attention to details. The Global Commission Office is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments to our sales team members as well as forecasting commission costs and accruals. We closely collaborate with various teams in our Sales Organization and Finance Business Partners. As a Commission Analyst Intern, you'll have the opportunity to help our team be successful in our current fiscal year operations. Responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and operation of end-user devices including PCs, tablets, and mobile devices. This is a "hands-on" position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a client-facing role, which will have daily interaction with Inspire Brands staff across all businesses, including senior management. Successful candidate will be able to quickly get up to speed on IT processes and tools to provide real-time answers to our end-user community.
**Responsibilities**

+ Will provide walk-up support in the Tech Bar on a rotating basis

+ Will learn processes and procedures to resolve the bulk of user requests and incidents

+ Troubleshoot, image, configure and deploy Windows and Apple laptops

+ Provide level 1 support to users

+ Update and escalate tickets that cannot be resolved in person with clear notes. Communicate status to users

+ Maintain inventory tracking for hardware and software

+ Lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and move equipment under desks
