This role provides the necessary insights and direction to deliver to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, Oracle NetSuite, as well as related systems implementation teams, of which the SME is an integral component, the expected value to HTS's people, customers and suppliers. The SME will integrate their work effort with all implementation teams as well as support the post-implementation of any process and technology solutions.SME is expected to work alongside any third-party contractors and consultants and provide the enterprise's view in developing needs assessments and business requirements as well as potential solution configurations. The SME role is expected to be a full-time position.
