Northrop Grumman is seeking a Configuration Management or Principal Configuration Management Analyst. This position will be in Warner Robins, GA, on-site, and will support the Integrated Mission Solutions Operating Unit, within the Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector. This location primarily supports the design, delivery, and sustainment of embedded electronic systems on various US and foreign airborne platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuration management of technical data and documents related to the design, modification, production, or sustainment of complex embedded defense-related electronic systems. In this role, the candidate plans and coordinates the preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met. Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes. Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Additionally, the candidate is expected to perform configuration management planning, process control, and execution using the designated configuration management tool to ensure baselines are maintained and reproducible. They will also schedule and manage Configuration Control Board and/or Technical Review Board activities, conduct configuration identification and audits, collect and analyze CM metrics to identify areas for process improvement, and maintain, update, and improve CM processes and procedures. The candidate may also support other engineering activities related to document management, computer-aided design work request workflows, CM process improvement, and proposal support. Operations Supply Chain (OSC) within Raytheon supporting Land & Air Defense System (LADS) Strategic Business Unit has an immediate opening for a Principal Specialist, Program Controls Financial Analyst to join our team supporting inter organization contracts. As a member of the OSC Finance team, the successful candidate will be able to train a group of financial analysts responsible for the daily business and financial activities for programs within the Inter organization transfer (IOT) function. You will be responsible for cost/schedule control and analysis, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Forecasting, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, partnering with the Program Manager and CAMs, and providing financial leadership in the successful execution of various production contracts. You will drive the operations finance process, monitor program health and compliance, and partner with other functional team members to improve program financial metrics. In addition, this position is responsible for actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the responsible programs. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well as support of 5 Year and AOP forecasting. Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate analysis and results with RMD East IOT customer is important to this role. **What You Will Do** + You will be responsible for supporting the financial performance and execution of programs in the LADS IOT portfolio. This role requires a business partner approach to independent work effort under the direction of finance management. + You will be responsible for implementing, reporting, and maintaining financial data within SAP APEX and other standard company tools.
