Who will you work with?
As a Solutions Analyst, you will be a vital member of a growing client services team, reporting to Aionic's Delivery leadership. Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document requirements needed to bring solutions to life
Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated via both operational processes and/or rules based system design
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT department. The successful Solutions Analyst should be comfortable leading meetings, working sessions and solution design workshops

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience at a technology services or software company required
Technical Experience: Track record of successful client service projects in mobile application design, ecommerce, customer experience, content management, loyalty, infrastructure replacement or website implementation
Technical Skills: Strong technical background with an ability to understand and design complex systems

Our client is seeking a Junior Project Management Analyst (PMA) to support the Distribution Program Management Office (DPMO). The Junior PMA will assist the Sr. Project Manager who is responsible for a variety of electric utility distribution programs and projects, primarily in the Washington D.C. area.
The perfect candidate would have a good mix of analytical, office administration work, and Project Manager experience with utility experience as a plus.
Responsibilities:

responsibilities:
Project and Stakeholder Communication
Create and maintain stakeholder registers.
Send meeting invitations, create meeting agendas, record and distribute meeting minutes.
Develop and maintain action item logs, follow-up on action items.
Contract Management Support
Develop and maintain contracts and change order register by project.
Enter contract requisition requests and contract change requests into procurement software, including attaching all necessary backup documentation.
Communicate with vendors regarding expectations and deadlines, answer questions from vendors on payment status.
Review and process invoices for approval, including communicating with vendors to resolve issues.
Coordinate with project cost analyst to determine vendors that may have missing invoices and follow up to obtain required information.
Project Administration
Maintain project accounting log of all project IDs and related codes.
Submit estimate requests through the project management software system, including all required documentation.
Project Closure
Run reports and coordinate actions from the various systems to support the closure of projects including requesting PO closure, work order closure, and final invoicing.
